My sister and her husband are coming from Canada to visit for a week and a half, and I'm looking for a place for them to stay, preferably near to where I'm living (Almagro, near Medrano Subte).

They're arriving April 1 and leaving on the 11th.

I own and live in a flat with my Argentine girlfriend.

It is just near the Medrano station. It is clean and tidy with a terrace, and we have a spare room.

You can come and visit if you want. Let me know and also give me some idea of what you are looking to pay.

Is a spare room OK or were they looking to rent the flat?
