I've used Mike at the link below to solve a number of excel programming issues. I've never met him but talked on the phone a few times. I e-mail an outline of my needs/wants and a dialogue follows. As for lessons, don't know. Might be less expensive to have him do the project and then you can back-engineer to see what he's done. I've paid via Paypal as well as snail mail.
