Ana is very personable, friendly, speaks English and has excellent knowledge of all of Buenos Aires. Besides airport transfers, I highly recommend her for city tours, shopping trips other excursions in and around the city.

Ana Luna is responsible for an airport transfer for one or two people.  She is a bit of a hustler and will try and get you to use her for other services. She cannot handle large parties as she is a one person (and sometimes her husband helps out) operation.  However, choices for drivers are limited in BA as they all appear to know one another.  She also has a web site and lets you know she is listed on trip advisor, very good at promoting herself.

I've used Ana Luna at least two dozen times this past year for both myself as well as visiting friends and family.  She has been totally dependable and reliable on all occassions. On the one or two occassions that something came up and she was not able to make it, she arranged for an equally reliable car and driver to cover for her, and made sure to fully coordinate this with me beforehand.  My visitors have all been very happy with her as she speaks excellent English and is very personable and accomodating. I disagee with the first reviewer: Ana Luna has never tried to market her other services (city tours, soccer matches, shopping trips, out-of-town tours, etc), either with me or my visitors.  She totally depends on word of mouth and her web site.  If asked about other services, she will certainly respond with her own options, but that's about it. Also, although she only has one car, she can coordinate for more or larger vehicles when the occassion warrants it.  I've had her handle several large parties for me, both in terms of people and amounts of luggage. Making the acquaintance of Ana Luna has been one of the more rewarding professional experiences I've had in Buenos Aires, and I highly recommend her to anyone.

Ana Luna is a nice person trying to make a living.  As she drives you from the airport to your BA destination she will tell you all about her website, lisitngs on Trip Advisor and all the services she has to offer including tours of Buenos Aires.  In suppose this is helpful although if you know the city and other services its a bit abrasive.

Ana Luna has taken me to the airport and picked me up a couple of times.  I think she's a nice professional driver.  She didn't try to promote any other services, and she didn't try to talk herself up. She was professional, courteous, and safe.  I'll always use her, and I recommend her to friends.

Ana runs sort of a one-person operation. She's a nice person, but she may agree to meet you at the airport to pick you up, and not be there when you arrive. This happened to me and also has happened to some people I know.
