    Opening Bank account with CDI?

    Could you tell me which branch exactly it was? Tried at 2 Ciudad branches, 1 in microcenter and they all refused to open an account without DNI.

    Do you have a source about Ciudad, Santander and Macro participating in that? I went to the 3 of those and they told me even in the bigger branches in microcenter they are not participating and they don't care about the informe of the banco central. Tried to argue with them but it was useless...
