US tax implications US Expat marries an Argentine

A quick look at the IRS website indicates that if I marry an Argentine, the spouse will have to file a form W-7 to obtain a Tax Identification Number. This would permit my filing a 1040 as Married ,Filing Jointly. Any suggestions on sources, experts, in BA that can provide accurate advice?
 
If you receive Social Security, you will want t sign up your spouse so s/he can receive benefits from your account. This will give him/her a social security number, which is a tax id.
