Some great games coming out and of course we're all wondering if Valve will make make a surprise announcement on HL3.
Far Cry 4 and Tomb Raider look tasty.

Valve is so invested in pushing the SteamOS that I will not be surprised if HL3 is announced as a SteamOS exclusive.

All game oriented postings should have "Nerd News" in the title so we normal people can avoid them!

Ugh, mixed feelings. I really want to know what happens to Alyx, the poor girl has been left hanging for the better part of a decade now.

But yeah, the SteamOS thing is an idea that completely leaves me cold.. And Gabe, in recent years, seems to be more and more just going off in weird directions that have no interest for me. You'd think he would have learned his lesson with Ricochet. And the fact that he personally was totally unimpressed with Portal until it became the surprise hit of The Orange Box.

We may have to resign ourselves to the idea that Half-Life 2 will forever stand as one of the great unfinished works of art within the gaming genre. Genius doesn't lend itself to consistency or deadlines.

And this song, for me, sums it all up. Pride, anger, bittersweet love, and silent desperation. For some things, there are no words, and trying to capture them in words can only cheapen what we feel.
