Starting way back in the dark ages of the last millennium (1999), TTM is Argentina's first and longest-running English-language radio show. Topics have ranged as diverse as Babylonian mythology and homosexual pirates in the 1700s; medieval troubadours and modern-day devil worshipping; Soviet drilling towards the center of the Earth and the culture of weddings around the world. Our guests have included scientists, academics, chefs, journalists, professional poker players, world travelers, jazz singers, entomologists talking about flying spiders, Scottish bagpipers playing live, a host of Ambassadors and diplomats telling us mesmerizing stories about their countries, or just plain weird people. Anything to entertain you, dear listener. And all passing through Buenos Aires.
Our audience is made up of English-speakers in Buenos Aires, Argentines who want to learn and improve their English, and a growing audience in countries such as Australia, Scotland, Canada, the US, the Philippines.
Oh, and we talk a lot about Donald Trump (who doesn't?)
