Sincere thanks for your sage advice. I was planning on living there for a period of time prior to making my commitment. I felt it would be wise to stay in an area where I would choose to purchase. Then I would look for a similar property in a similar location on Airbnb to really get a feel for living in that chosen neighborhood. I am just starting my due diligence and will move forward with caution. Thanks again.
