    Acually, I can use my Amex in Paypal but not my Visa. Weird.

    Talked today with Amex and was told that for me to buy Cheques (I'm a local) would have to go through afip the same way as if I were to buy any foreign currency, and that for foreingers it would work the same way. But I was told that they are not selling through their officces anymore only...
