Went to the bellas artes yesterday and a nice british girl informed me that they have started doing free english guided tours now. I always thought the lack of english info in the museum was a bit disappointing, but this is a step in the right direction. Will check it out very soon!
I guess they think that if CKF wants to f**k up there reserves just to keep the pesos rate from devaluating to where it should be, why should they sell there stuff now and see their money become worthless once the reserves are gone
Ah, i guess i was too lazy to google this properly before asking here. http://www.barriochino.net/ tells me that most stuff will be going down on saturday and sunday.
That brings up another question: is it worthwhile?
Next weekend it's chinese new year. Does anyone have a clue if there's anything going on in barrio chino/buenos aires?
Given that it's a multiple-day thing it would be good to get some info on what kind of events/parties are on which days..
Is there already anythign clear on the logistics of this? You go the bank? Or go to the AFIP first and they give you some kind of letter with the permission to exchange a certain amount and then you go to the bank? Maybe monday everyone should get a day off for this whole happening..
Good point, u could even reason that they did the devaluation on purpose to have a reason to end the cepo while keeping alive this image that they actually have something to say in the negotiations with the club of paris
Hey,
I will be in a house in San isidro for a week and by the looks of it there will be no big supermarket closeby. I think ive seen people in Disco's or big carrefour's doing shopping that then got packed up by supermarket employees and shipped off to something that seemed to be a delivery...
Went today, was amazing! Loved the ramen and the buns but the dumplings were my favourite. Argentinians should come to this place and get a little lesson in how to use spices in your food.
