What we were told at Retiro was that you can no longer pay the penalty at points of transit, (obviously with the exception of Retiro). It appears if you want to pay cash you have to do it through Retiro or Banco Nación, you can also do it online by credit card through Migraciones website...

Short story, I am Australian , currently living here with my Argentine partner, I had overstayed my visa due to our car breaking down on the freeway to catch the BQB boat at Easter (last day of visa last seat on boat!) so we booked tickets on the 30th July through a Buquebus agency for Saturday...

I am new to this forum and wanted to know if anyone here is aware of the new rules on paying the fines for overstaying your Visa. You can no longer pay your fine at Buquebus Terminal (immigrations).
