    Almagro - a decent neighbourhood?

    I live in Almagro and I like it. I am near the border with Caballito not far from the Rio de Janiero Subte Station A line. I can be down town in 15 minutes. It is a area with average Argentines. Not too many turists. Hope that helps. Mike

    I have a Uruguay Cedula as I am a uruguay resident. I have a US passport. I only need my Uruguay ID to come to Argentina. I do not use my passport here. To visit Brazil I need a visa. This is my understanding.
