Just received my Debit Card from the US. Had the bank send it priority mail so it arrived via FedEx and I picked it up at a location in BsAs.

Help! What is the best way to receive belongings from the US without it being held/taken at customs? Have heard some horror stories.....am thinking FedEx is the best way to go? Thanks!
