Can anyone give me suggestions on where to go party for New Year's Eve, please? I heard Punta Del Este is the spot, but it is RIDICULOUSLY expensive for hotels and I'm not sure I want to spend that much. For Xmas I am going to fly to Ushuaia (comments/suggestions on that trip also appreciated)...
