But how many expats have unlimited supply of dollars abroad? And what do you do if you earn in pesos? Would you save in pesos and spend your dollars? Blue rate looks great for people with savings abroad or who make dollars, but thats not majority

The people I know are around 30-35 and most of them have either a steady GF/wife or share an app/rent a room. The ones who earn dollars abroad(most) do fly back on average 1 time a year and the one who earn there money here every 3,4 years. But they do have this lifestyle mostly

This question has been asked before(also by me) but how many expats from first world countries you estimate that live in BA? I am pretty sure I know or have met most expats who are longer term here and my guess is there can't be more then 2000-3000

I have gotten a 25% premium on my long term rent for paying in dollars(roughly half of blue rate) and anybody in his right mind who lives here and rents in Dollars will do the same. Good luck if you can find people who know how Argentina works and pay the full price
