I can only suggest food. I don't like Belgrano's Chinatown much, I find it boring. But if you like oriental food then that's your place.

I can suggest American Tattoo in Bond Street, in Avenida Santa Fe and Rodriguez Peña, in Recoleta. I don't have tattoos made by them cause they're a bit expensive, but I can assure you they're the best in tattoing.
