The word for Puerto Madero, as Starlucia is "artificial". Check the north: San Isidro, Olivos, Vicente Lopez, Florida, Martinez, Acassuso. Beautiful neighbours, lot more quiet than downtown , gardens, houses, the river and maybe not very expensive compared with an appartament in P. Madero.
