What in the name of god is going on at unmarked cross-streets in BA? Who yields? There's no system at all that I can see. I should have died 100 times in the last week!

The viability of walking in LA pretty much depends on where you are in LA. In "The Valley" there's actually tons of walking neighborhoods, rich and poor.

I'll be in BA next month. On google street view I see that the manbag is favored in BA. The strap is "across body", and it outnumbers backpacks and briefcases 10 to 1. Should I invest in a manbag before I arrive? (I have to admit, my wife has expressed reservations...)

I'm going to be in BA in a month. I've read claims that Uber in Argentina can't charge against Visa or Mastercard credit cards, regardless of the country of issue. Is this true?
