Yes we never go to a parrilla as the prices are never reflected in the quality of food so we just make it at home. To be honest I've always thought Argentine beef was overrated.
We have a herd of Herefords which are all grass fed. I know very little about it as it's the wife who deals with it and I just do what I'm told. All I do know is thank God it's more of a hobby than a business as the returns are derisory as they end up being sold as normal cattle rather than free...

Yes changed days.When we lived in Scotland we'd stock up on good quality clothes at decent prices on our frequent visits here now it's the other way about. To be fair that was back in the days when the exchange rate made buying good quality affordable. There is still plenty of good quality...
Our gas cooker wasn't cheap and the oven doesn't have a temperature control...you have to guess!!
It's taken me ages to get the hang of it but I still find it impossible to get it on a low heat. Seems to be common on cookers here for some reason. :confused:
I live out in the sticks in a small town 100 miles from the capital. I smoke a pipe however the choice of pipe tobacco in the shops here is very limited. Soon as I find some decent stuff (my preference is for non aromatic) I buy it all. Problem is when I run out and go back they never have the...
I'm Scottish....my Argentine wife said it was my mild manner that attracted her to me.
