LETTING YOUR DOGS BARK IS UNACCEPTABLE. I created an account just to comment on this thread, because I've been here for six weeks so far, and the constant noise of one of the neighborhood dogs barking is driving me to insane. It is absolutely unacceptable to let your dogs bark for no reason...
