    Purchases with foreign cards

Locals earn in pesos, there is no reason for them to buy dollar blue here, they would buy Uruguayan pesos or US dollars in Uruguay with their ARS at the official rate then use their card here for a 21% discount over what they would be paying with a local card.

How do you pay in Argentina?

I wouldn't listen to any internet blog on this. 10% is normal, or just whatever change is left on the bill if it's not a huge order. No one ever cares. It is not obligatory here like in the US, business cannot legally pay less and cover it with tips like they can there. Tip more if you want (I...

How do you pay in Argentina?

Very few places take crypto and those that do immediately convert it to dollars at the official rate and price things at the official rate. When you pay with crypto usually you aren't actually paying with it, you are selling it for fiat currency in exchange for what you're buying. It's really...

Documents necessary for citizenship from one parent?

The difference is that 'Certificado' is a temporary document, only given to parents at the moment of birth. 'Acta', also called 'partida', is the actual registry in the governent's records. I don't think it's possible to even get a copy of the 'certificado' so don't worry about that. Any...

Documents necessary for citizenship from one parent?

No age requirements You get the apostille individually from each relevant country. For Peru and Argentina, you will need to book an appointment for it at their respective consulates in your country/area. Death certificate should not be needed. 'Long form' I'm not sure what that means

    Western Union money transfer

The fee doesn't have anything to do with Argentina, Western Union outside the US has mostly always had fees to send to Argentina. I think this is a change on the US Western Union end.

Is the DNI for naturalized citizens different?

Just wondering, or is it the same as with anyone else? Asking for the purposes of getting a 2 year MERCOSUR visa in Uruguay. They don't seem to have a 5 year limitation for naturalized citizens like Chile and Argentina does.
