I got family living in Punto Mogotes and I love this place! I recommend the supermarket La Familia. On the same block you got la Esquina de Vicente with nice jazz nights. For clothes I recomend Juan b Justo avenue, with many outlets. Surfing I think the beaches on the south are the best...
