Dollar tarjeta is not what you think it is. It is the rate used by cards issued in Argentina when paying abroad. So the higher it is, the worse it is for the card owner.

Except pretty much no one could buy the dollar for 366 pesos.

This is because right now Dolar Bolsa and CCL are the same/higher than the blue rate. Otherwise cards were 15% worse than blue.

So it seems like Visa always updates their rate for the day early while Mastercard does it much later(I think around 3pm ET). For example if you look at the Mastercard website right now the rate is still exactly the same as yesterday and you will be charged this rate for transactions made before...

Do you have both Revolut Visa and Mastercard? Are the exchange rates the same for both? Because revolut usually uses their own exchange rate regardless of the card but I haven't tested this yet in Argentina.

I had the problem of missing refunds with Revolut Mastercard. Contacted them and they confirmed it was a problem because of Mastercard's change how they process this which was already mentioned here. They told me I will get the refunds in a few days and I did.
