    What it comes down to is how much money are we talking about?. Otherwise Western Union or Xoom should be able to help you, with a small commission of course. If it's over 10K you might have to show where the $$$ is coming from. Money laundering is an international problem.

    Allergies Anyone?

    I think they call it seasonal allergies. It comes in with the warm Spring weather. BA has a lot of trees which give off lots of pollen. I usually deal with it fine but this year I got a whopper of an ear infection because of it, I’m just getting over it.

    You might want to try the Immigrant Museum in BA. MUNTREF. His name could be in a list of arriving passengers. And there's the Buenos Aires Museum, (BAM). This is in the heart of Sant Telmo neighborhood. January is the worst time to be in BA., so I doubt you'll be able to make any headway...
