What is the food you miss most from "home?"

Sweet potatoes. I'm hispanic and lived in Miami before moving to Buenos Aires, so I miss Cuban and Nica food. Black beans, morros, lechon during christmas... More importantly, I miss going to a restaurant and not thinking about it 10x.

How The Police Raided Bus No 10 This Morning Outside The Cf

Im not sure if I believe the OP's story, but this morning, taking the 406 to Ramos from Lomas, there were 2 bus inspectors at the bus stop. They got on the bus and asked to see everyone's receipt or SUBE card. I would've freaked out if this was done in the US, but my bf tells me its pretty...

    American Expat looking for friends!

Hopefully I am not late to the thread! I am 26. Just moved to Buenos Aires in late June (although I have been here a few times before). I'm also from Miami. I'm in Ramos Mejia currently. I'm also down for drinks/shopping/shooting the shit/etc. Did you ladies ever meet-up?

    Clothing Problems

Yes, that's what I was going to do. Im currently stocking up on t-shirts, jeans, trousers, blouses, etc, so that I have enough for a while. Food doesn't suck over there. The best meal I've ever had was in the corner of my best friend's house in La Matanza... Best. Bondiola. Evar. Any idea...
