Kicillof Pays To 92% Of Bondholders, Griesa's Move Now?

I know nothing about Singer but I heard he did it for his son; I think it was worthwhile but can he be considered a philanthropist because of this? It might help to protect his fortune somehow too, I don't think somebody can be considered a philanthropist for donating a tip for his own benefit.

Kicillof Pays To 92% Of Bondholders, Griesa's Move Now?

Griesa's signature seems very calligraphic, compared to this one: http://www.infobae.com/2014/06/20/1574689-el-juez-griesa-prohibio-al-gobierno-cambiar-la-jurisdiccion-pagarle-los-bonistas

    Fabricated Argentina Vs. Usa

I am Argentinean, I believe Cristina being a president of 40 millions persons should watch her worlds when talking about other country like the US, these are one of the main reasons why I am not fond of this government. I would classify Arg according to US believes into these groups according...

Moving Furniture, Electronics From The Us. Afip Etc..ugh!

I agree with you, printers last nothing in general, you need to buy something that lasts, very cheap models last no time, If I had to buy a new cheap printer, I would not do it. I would buy an old Hewlett Packard 1020 or similar through ML, also if you buy a very new printer might not be...

Should Argentina Default On Its Debt?

My original question was because, I was curious if this was legal or not: “Transferring the bonds to local law would be very difficult at the street level,” warns Henry Weisburg at Shearman & Sterling, a law firm. First Argentina must convince a majority of holders of the exchanged bonds to...

Should Argentina Default On Its Debt?

Can Arg pay to the 92% bondholders in a different country if these 92% accepts to change the rules by their own in a US court improving the original offer and be paid elsewhere?

Should Argentina Default On Its Debt?

All these scenarios you described are unfair; what is not unfair to me is that if the ship sunk because of whatever (corruption, waste of $, etc) and now there is no $ for everybody just 1 to get the total back. The corruption, waste of $, etc. is other history, and I agree with you it existed...

Should Argentina Default On Its Debt?

I don't rule the country and I have been affected too like many others by corruption; my only crime is not being a heroe to fix it. If Arg signed that accepts money this is a fact, but if signs that the justice will be applied in other country, I am not sure if this is legal.

Should Argentina Default On Its Debt?

As far as I know, according to the Argentinean law if a clause is signed, and this clause is against other law then this agreement can become not valid. For instance, let's say that you work in a company, and you sign a contract saying you agree to work for 1 dollar, with no vacations, work 24...

Should Argentina Default On Its Debt?

Who is responsible for Argentina's Debt Problems? All Argentines -------------------------------- Is an Argetninean toddler responsible for the debts? Do you think Favaloro who helped in saving millions of lives was responsible for the debts? :) I do not think it is a good idea to blend...

    Judgement Left Intact: Vulture Funds

Seems to me Argentina will do as much as possible to delay default, once it defaults it will keep in this status until March 2015; then.. most likely will normalize its situation after the negotiation. why march 2012? 92% of the bondholders accepted a negotiation in order to get the $ in cash...

    Indios - Where And What

I do not know each tribe in detail; but seems to me that the Guarani tribe had a organized, peaceful, friendly, smart, pre-hispanic culture; some of their culture like "el mate", clothes, their language, already exists fortunately.

Water Quality In Buenos Aires And Gba

I prefer to drink cold water from the AYSA network directly (without a tank in the middle, I use the tank only for hot water) than buying water in a supermarket since I do not believe that a bottled water comes from a pure source of water transported many kilometers inside a big clean truck :)...

    Ants

Cover your food with plastic bags or other recipient, cover the kitchen sink with a table cloth when you are not using it; basically erase any source of food or water. Buy "Baygon, Insecticida Mata Hormigas en Aerosol" or similar in a supermarket; when you buy the poison ensure it says...

I Am A Chinese Now Living In Ba Learning Tango

Thanks for your answer, your answer matches with what I have heard by word of mouth. I might be interested in taking Chinese classes in the future, at least to learn the most basic expressions. I am interested in the official Chinese only. I think there are many flavors of Chinese but 1...

I Am A Chinese Now Living In Ba Learning Tango

I'd like to learn Chinese but what are my chances to learn the language? I am a 33 years old Argentinean guy, may I learn Chinese at my age? (considering Chinese is not something simple to learn). In the past I have seen how to write simple words like "China", "horse", "mountain", "woman"...

    Moving In Sept! Any Advice?

I do not think to dine in a restaurant is luxury today. To me, while you do whatever job, you should be able to obtain something in exchange, like eating out occasionally. I believe reasonable $ to be wealthy and buy basic things is not the only, but one of the many things somebody needs to be...
