If your phone isn't unlocked you will not be able to use it here with an Argentinean carrier. I think it cost me like $25 to unlock it and it works with my claro sim.

Where in BA (preferably Palermo) can I buy nice hand soap? Something similar to Bath & Body Works or Mrs. Meyers. I know that the Candle Shop in Palermo is similar but they don't sell soaps!
