We went to Parque Norte a couple of days ago which has a massive outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers. It's nice you can buy beers there too, but it's a bit shallow. You also get a good view of the planes landing which fly right above you.

I'd recommend Uniclub bar on Wednesday nights. They have amazing 12 piece cuban/latin bands playing and cheap beer.
