I've had mixed results with these two sites:

And my girlfriend recommended this one to me (haven't checked it out yet, though):

And for live events I generally use these sites to find links...
The Kirchners are to blame for making Argentina the laughingstock of the world? Are you retroactively blaming them for everything that's happened in Argentina over the past century?
Also, if hearing people sneer about your country bothers you, you are perhaps a bit too sensitive. We Americans...
How many locals earn dollars? And, regardless of whether they are getting paid in a foreign currency or not, how many locals have wages that are keeping up with this ridiculous inflation? Are many Argentines getting 30% raises every year?
Seems like there may be a serious crisis looming...
One thing that's certainly different from the US is that we don't have the ultra-pasteurized perma-milk that they do in Argentina (and, it seems, just about every other place other than the US). Does this affect the taste?
There are Tim Horton's opening in the US now. I walked into, I believe, the very first one in the US in NYC a few months ago. It didn't look like they were doing very well (when we walked in it seemed like we were their first customers all week; had like five people serve me a cup of coffee)...
Yeah, I think this is the problem in the long run for tourism in Argentina. Expensive flights to get here, new fees for Americans and Canadians and 30% inflation (or whatever it is). I wouldn't recommend a trip here to anyone unless they know specifically what they want to see and do in...
Yeah, it's not all that great for your skin. Argentines often have terrible skin. They age fast here. All of the cigarette smoke and a diet consisting almost entirely of meat probably contribute to the problem, but I think the air pollution and the hard water are probably the main reasons.
Eh? I just Google translated this and I can't tell if it's snarky or not.
I do, however, agree that Brazil is the "best, most beautiful, most spectacular and largest in Latin America."
BTW, even this crap is far, FAR better than 99.9% of the pizza in Argentina:
Skip the $41 Burger. The 99-Cent Pizza Will Do.
Mentioned in that article, though, is some truly exceptional pizza:
Worth the trip and the money if you happen to be in Brooklyn.
Yeah, what's the deal with that? How do businesses succeed here with these delusional business practices? I noticed a couple of shops on my block dry up and neither ever seemed to have any customers but instead of making any rational moves that would attract new customers they just continued...
Dude, it's A LOT more expensive in NYC. Buenos Aires is certainly getting more expensive but it's still a bargain compared to large first-world cities.
And you think Brazil is cheaper or a better bargain somehow? I've only been to Brazil as a tourist but it's always been a lot more expensive...
Nope, just flew in and out of Rio on my first trip and I guess they forgot to stamp my passport on the way out. I had no clue until I flew into Floripa (or it may have been Porto Alegre) on my second trip and got stuck (and the guy was deadly serious about that exit stamp; I make sure to get a...
Brazil takes violating the terms of a tourist visa a whole lot more seriously than Argentina so I'd recommend getting a new visa in BA before heading to Brazil. I believe you get charged per day when you overstay a tourist visa (I heard it was something like 6.5 reals per day). And the second...
