I can reccomend a place I have been using for years without any problems. Go to Galeria Boston,Florida 142, CABA. Just behind the entrance go down the short stairs and will find two shops, one on each side. Both wil treat you right, and will give you good rates.

Nobody wants them here becausse they have few security items incorporated in them. Best bet is to give it to somebody traveling to the USA and deposit in a bank account. Most likely will be accepted without any problem.

San Luis is a nice place, clean, and with a climate similar to Palm Springs,Ca. Regarding schools for children at an affordable price, I would suggest to check the local Jewish schools in BA. They are excenlent. I would recommend the BIALIK school in Villa Devoto,on Mosconi Av.
