    Immigrations changes now in effect

There are so many questions in my head, what part of migracion will be responsible for granting citizenship? What is the source of legal power to grant citizenship? Can government overtaking judicial power? What's the new citizenship institution? It just like a mystical unicorn so far.

Married while overstaying. Radex or abogado / Juzgado?

Chances is minimum, almost impossible to deport you. Someone mentioned a while ago that a deportation order must be served to you, before anything can be done. Unless you already have a deportation order in hand, and even then you can still hire a lawyer to stop the deportation order. One...

Married while overstaying. Radex or abogado / Juzgado?

Some people here mentioned Luciano, personally I recommend Sierra Cecilia. You can find more, but just to make sure verify the lawyer is lisenced, I was scammed by a fake lawyer once in BA. You can verify their full name on BA bar association's website.

You might be interested in CS international if it is still avaliable at the moment. Some of my friends had their CS account closed due to spending extensive amount of time abroad(more than six months). And many U.S based brokers follows the same rule, that you must be a resident in the U.S...

Have you considered transitory status with one year course? You can renew it annually. And the cost is around $2000-3000 dollar. Once arrived in Argentina everything should be just fine, Argentina is unlike everyother countries where you have to stick your visa's day to day validity.

    Consulate Interview

Is it scheduled? If so, just be confident any brining everything to your interview. Otherwise come to Argentina and adjust your status, migracion is better to deal with than consulate. The source you refered to isn't wrong, it just for people needed visitor's visa to travel to Argentina...

    Visa Applications While Overstaying

Steve is well expained. Best to consult with a immigration lawyer. But it's common sense at this point, don't leave the country if you don't have to. You can leave the country if you have a valid precaria, but otherwise with or without a lawyer it's going to be a headcache. If you can, live...

    Citizenship by investment in Argentina

How EU consider visa free arrangement is not what people commonly believed. When EU signed collective visa free biateral agreement with OECS under CariCom in 2015, St.Kitts has already been operating its CBI for 32 years since 1983! The EU has been abusive in rencent years by using threats and...

    Citizenship by investment in Argentina

I don't think Milei should do it, not because I don't like the idea of CBI, but it sounds unconstitutional. As for spy story, poeple only to believe what they want to believe. But in the real world, you won't find a only English speaking White guy from mid-west spying in China and working for...

    Citizenship by investment in Argentina

Milei wouldn't be able to do so, plus elite can get a visa to Europe if needed, or else they have European passports already.

    Citizenship by investment in Argentina

Real spies will never do that, spend two years to get a passport in alternative 2 weeks for a visa to anywhere, usually a real spy is from the inside. It's a rhetoric a few in power that's pushing people to believe into through recent decades.
