I assume you can ask the landlord to do the inspection and then ask the 10% deducted from the deposit and refunded accordingly.

    Tile installers

They got paint with “asmalte” that sticks it to the tile. They have it here as well. They’re very durable unless it’s an office or a shop. If it’s extremely heavy traffic area then you should try epoxy paint. You have to sand the tile with a 150-180 sand paper. Then vacuum all the dust, wipe...

If you already have tiles and you like how they’re laid but just old and look ugly, you can paint them. I just did my old tiles and looks great.

    Experience finding Geriatric Home

I would never suggest to leave your mom at a care home unless you’ll show up at the facility frequently. Honestly the best option would be flying her back to us and get her in the system.

    Amazing how expensive BsArs is

You downsize if you lose your job and qualifications not enough for a new one but if you’re suffering because of the corrupt system, then you can’t ask people to downsize. You’re in a foreign country trying to establish yourself. Downsizing may be an option but you can’t tell or expect locals to...

Citizenship - Was advised not to leave Argentina

I was referring to day to day life but you can become president if you’re a naturalized citizen. You have to be an elected senator tho. If you got the citizenship fraudulently , of course it’ll get revoked. You also lose it if you present yourself at the Argentine border with your other...

Citizenship - Was advised not to leave Argentina

So long you did not get your passport fraudulently you can not lose your citizenship because you didn’t come back for years. You don’t need to set foot in Argentina for the rest of your life. Once you’re a citizen you are a citizen not a naturalised citizen.

Citizenship - Was advised not to leave Argentina

“Up to their discretion” is the word. Believe me, there’s no law set in stone. They just want to see a connection to the country.

Citizenship - Was advised not to leave Argentina

This person who has been rejected has given birth in Argentina to obtain citizenship something that really annoys the government. But if you’re married to an Argentine with Argentine born kids, I don’t think you’ll be in the same shoes with this person. Also; not residing and being abroad are...
