New Year Eve Party (Gala) in Buenos Aires?

One difference between here and the states for new years when I was in my 30s, it's more celebrating w friends and family at home until 1 am, then going out to clubs. US tends to be more friends out at bars and clubs. just my observation.

I brought down a delta kitchen faucet from US. It has plastic ends on the supply line that took a few stops to find the correct size. In general they are English (3/4") size pipes so you should be ok.

How do people work out how much a property in Argentina is actually worth?

I recently went thru this when we moved. The prices are all over and a fair mkt price doesn't seem to exist due to lack of info on comps or recent sales. I understand that until recently, sales were off the books, partly or fully in black, to avoid or reduce tax. So only the parties involved...

Expat Job in Campana - how to buy/lease a car?

Scott I don't think leasing exists here. With the interest rate over 60%, it wouldn't make sense anyways. Come with cash to buy a car. Prices are almost double the US, look at mercado libre or autos com ar for prices. Make sure you will be paid in USD. Good luck!

    What Is Inflation?

People I talk to don't receive wage increases equal to inflation. Didn't teachers strike last year because their 20- something % raise was way short of inflation and price increases?
