Them there hillbillies are buyin' lotsa guns and ammo. And that's making shareholders of Smith & Wesson and Sturm, Ruger like me real happy. Not too late to buy the stocks! Cryptocurrency stocks too. The USD is going down!

It’s official Joe Biden becomes the 46 President of the United States.

This has just started. You're telling me Joe BIDEN is going to stop a revolution with 30-40 million followers? Lol. Trumpistas need a martyr or two, and that's coming. Then watch out. Still, DJIA was up nicely today. And that is all that matters. Entertaining TV though.

How is it that so many Argentinians can move to the US?

Of course! What? You want the peasants running things? That worked wonderfully in the USSR and Red China. I know, ultimately elites ran/run things there too. Sorry, such has been our world since Narmer. And what do you think homes are filled with? Foreign crap. We love it! Once most manual...

How is it that so many Argentinians can move to the US?

Bottom line is the USA needs more and more consumers to buy all the crap it imports from China and other slave states. Latinos are big consumers, so come on in! Nothing else matters except profit. https://www.cnbc.com/2019/09/25/latinos-may-be-the-key-to-future-us-economic-growth-study-argues.html

Argenzuela ranks 46 in latest UN Human Development Index

I’m not much on scholarly stats, preferring to see things for myself. Last year at this time, we spent a few mos in Western Europe, landing in Dublin and then through Scandinavia, Germany and ending up in Switzerland. What we noticed in every major city, from Dublin to Oslo, Stockholm, Geneva...

Don Julio takes the No.1 Spot As Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants 2020

Don Julio is a great restaurant. It hadn’t won before, so it won this year. That’s how this works. Better a CABA restaurant that one in Lima. Where should I live in Buenos Aires?

Lol. How right you are. Real estate and property development is the one growing global biz/racket now, other than businesses related to the Covid Industrial Complex. I think Patagonia sales to wealthy foreigners are through the roof. NYT had a recent article about this. When I lived in LA...

Where should I live in Buenos Aires?

Well, now ”Palermo” is quite large. I live in North Palermo Chico/Botanico and there rarely are drunk 20 yr olds at Cafe Tabac. In fact, they might be somewhat welcome. South Palermo, yes. Depends on your age. South skews young.

Argentina now ridiculously cheap for tourists

Yes. Anything made in China, Bangladesh, Vietnam, etc., will be cheaper in the USA. So, visit Miami a few times a year and stock up. You can also get very cheap prices on these products in Mexico too, which had become sort of California South. Or California is Mexico North, more accurately...

Argentina now ridiculously cheap for tourists

Of course, you can find stats to confirm just about any opinion, but in short, no. Crime in major USA cities is very bad, and getting worse. As is single parenthood, as is dependence on the state for employment or other income, as is homelessness, and endless racism from all parties. And many...

Steakhouse-quality meat would be about USD18-25/lb in major USA cities—NYC, LA, Chicago. Wine? Hahaha!

Argentina now ridiculously cheap for tourists

Yep. Seemingly uncontrollable and increasing crime; fiscal incompetence/insolvency, and lousy weather. The urban trifecta! This woman sums it up. And she works in accounting. https://patch.com/illinois/chicago/why-im-leaving-chicago-illinois More here. The city/county/state unfunded pensions...

Diego Armando Maradona Dead at 60.

What difference does it make? He had a more interesting, eventful live than all of us here combined. Easy for life's timid men to throw stones at those who have really lived. Who are we? Nobodies.
