Do you need to use a VPN to make an account over here (arg)?

Do you see this affecting the WU rate in a positive or negative way? I'm wondering if it will continue to dip or will fluctuate for awhile. Would be nice to get back to near the $200 mark at the very least.

Well from what I've read it's legally required to get tested on day 3 - 5. I doubt anything will happen if you don't but I already booked a test for today.

Just came through EZE yesterday as a tourist and the same as everyone else with what they asked. Was pretty quick. They didn't mention anything about the post arrival testing. Has anyone else done it yet?

I'll be in Argentina very soon and will want to take out a bit of cash through WU. Do I just add a new receiver as myself on WU and then go to a WU branch to pick it up with my passport ID? How much can you usually take out from a WU without any issues (lack of cash etc)?

I'm going to stay in Buenos Aires next week. How do you get this 3000 peso prepaid plan? I can't see it online.
