ICE killed US citizen in Minneapolis

Venezuelans who voted for him can not be deported since they’re US citizens. You can’t vote if you’re not a citizen. You are spreading disinformation.

    Dealing with blackouts

On the way to Nordelta from CABA, apart from Mexican holiday, property and cruise holidays billboards there were also electric generator billboards. It is awful to have those blackouts. Talking to my 80 yo uncle the other day; he said he never knew any power cuts even when he was a young kid in...

    Pinamar & Carilo

Even some beach club restaurants are open during winter and some cafes and restaurants but it is not what you’re expecting. Yoga studios I don’t think so, art classes neither. Yes grocery stores. Volunteering is possible anywhere I guess. Sea is not nice. Beach is not nice. Service is not nice...

    Pinamar & Carilo

hello. I go to Pinamar & Carilo every summer when I am in Argentina. We got a house in Carilo. First of all; it’s not the beach climate like in FL. It is more like a Canadian coastal weather. It is colder than BsAs. It is beautiful though. Especially Carilo with the best pizzeria in the town...

Argentina v Chile v Uruguay for rural small town living

With all due respect; yours is not col but cost of existence. Living there myself until last May, there’s no way you can live on a 450.

    Citizenship requirements

Someone will take this to court to appeal against. And the court will overrule it. It doesn’t make any sense. You can’t take one’s freedom to travel. You can say 30,90 days in a year but expecting to not leave for 2 years is out of logic.

Cost of living in Argentina for foreigners improving?

Not you all love this country. Most of you came to Argentina because you wouldn’t be able to afford that lifestyle a year and a half ago anywhere else. Now it’s harder to get out and go somewhere else. I’m happy for you that you’ve found your place. But not for me even though I’m an Arg. Not...

Cost of living in Argentina for foreigners improving?

Hello Perry; Let me put it this way. I divide time between Spain and the UK. In Spain I renovate houses. I got Argentine builders working for me. One of them went to Arhentina for a month to visit after 4 years and back in 10 days due to the prices. London is seriously cheaper than BsAs. At...

Cost of living in Argentina for foreigners improving?

Work ethics in Argentina is the point. Doesn’t exist and excruciatingly annoying. Argentines historically been extremely self sufficient and lived a good life. But for the last 20 years they’re getting poorer gradually. Some still keep thinking they’re something else and they hit rock bottom and...

    Elena @ Four Seasons

I’m from London. When I came to Argentina last November after almost a year, I was like WTF!!! And when I went back to UK in February, I went into Pret at Heathrow and first thing I said was “how cheap”. London eating and supermarket is waaay cheaper than Argentina. And the variety!
