It works great. I use the bus lines more often than the subte. Different bus lines stop at the corner of the building where I live going both ways so it’s very convenient. You have to tell the bus driver to “activar la carga”.

If you have MercadoPago on your smartphone you can load the Sube card directly from it. I have it on my iPad too. On MP Look for the link that says “Cargar Trasporte”. You have to type the number on the Sube card. Then MP keeps it on file.

You might want to checkout the Craigslist BA site. They have a whole section on BA rentals. Also mercadolibre site has one too. Mercadolibre is the equivalent of eBay in the states. Good luck.

Unfortunately they didn’t cancel it. But it’s not a total strike, some lines are running. The Cronica newspaper has a list of the bus lines that are working.

Usually they cancel it at the last minute. Let’s hope that it happens tomorrow.
