I just did Tello on my phone. Esim so just downloaded and installed. Didn't have to be in the US (don't remember if I used a vpn). Getting sms codes, no problem.

Try Tello for a month, then save money by signing up for a year. Unless your needs are different from everyone else's you should be satisfied.

Of course, it would have to be something that I wouldn't mind getting stolen, perhaps unimportant documents left on a seat.
