Does anyone know where I can find this product, other than going to Uruguay?

I´ve been here for about a year off and on. Back to the US last July and returned in September. I´ve been back and forth to Uruguay to keep my tourist status several times, and the last time i went (last week), I was told that I may not be able to get back into argentina if i try to use Uruguay...
