Go to Buenos Aires, you will love it. I have been there 6 times from 2 to 5 months at a time. The city is alive and exciting. And if you dance tango, even more fun. I have just returned from BA about a month ago, and I miss it.

When I make the tea, I usually put the fresh ginger in the blender with water, chop it up and boil it with the spices, add loose black tea and/or even green tea. Lots of cayenne pepper to give it a real zing. The receipe from flippinkitten above is pretty much what I use
