Hi, My landlord gave me a claro phone (pre-paid credit) to use but I broke it. Being new to the country, can I simply take out the sim card (chip) and put it in another unlocked or claro phone and everything works the same? Thanks

If I am one day late with a bill, can I still go and pay it at a kiosk or do I have to wait for the late payment letter? Bit confused with the process. Thanks
