I need a medical certificate for a Chilenian visa that states that I am free of infectuous diseases. I don't have insurance that will cover the expense. Can anybody recommend a hospital or GP who can provide me with that. Whether they speak English or not is not an issue.

I am looking for a dentist or dental hygienist in order to have my teeth professionally cleaned and bleached. Any suggestions?
