    Cuil After Dni

If you don't have the precaria any more, don't worry. Take your new DNI and a photocopy of both sides. The tramite is most definitely done at ANSES. AFIP is for a CUIT, not a CUIL.

    Cuil After Dni

No, the correct place to go is ANSES, not AFIP. Take your DNI, a photocopy of it, your precaria and a printout of your constancia de CUIL for the temporary one. You'll get a new CUIL which is XX-yourdni-X, which will be permanent.

    Pay Your Debt Cfk

It's neither thin nor emotive. Leaving aside totally for a moment the many moral arguments, the de facto government borrowed the money in the name of someone (the Argentine people) that they had no legal right to bind to the repayments. If I walk into your business, throw you out or take you...

    Pay Your Debt Cfk

Perhaps someone from the "pay your debts" crowd on here, which is seemingly arguing from some perverted sense of moral righteousness, could explain how they defend the morality of the underlying debt? The defaulted debt was approximately $92bn. Argentina's debt burden, like pretty much all...

Lots Of Money Found. What Would You Do?

These are criminal charges, so it's a fine, plus obviously they are going to want the stolen money back, plus a criminal conviction.

Lots Of Money Found. What Would You Do?

You'd have to be nuts not to return the money. It's a crime (theft by finding), the true owner of the money is going to notice the loss fairly quickly when the payment goes missing, there's cameras everywhere in a bank, making it easy to identify you, as well as any transaction you made will...

Is State Issued Morenocard About To Replace Intl Cards?

There is already a fully functioning, integrated and up and running payment network that the government operates. The Argenta card is a purchasing card issued to jubilados by ANSES. Also, the national and provincial governments, through their state owned banks, also control a debit card/ATM...

    Argentine Dial Plan

Full E.164 format for Argentine mobile numbers is +54-9-areacode-number, so a number you would dial as 011-15-4444-3333 would be dialed as +54-9-11-4444-3333. The 9 is how you differentiate calls to mobile phones. You can also dial the number like that locally from a cell phone, including the...

Argentne Citizenship: A Good Reason Not To Do It

This has nothing at all to do with citizenship. This is not the United States, Argentina taxes based on residency and income source, not citizenship.

To Dni or not to Dni?

Just a small correction. You can enroll in a public school in Argentina with any ID (a foreign passport is fine), even no documentation at all. They cannot refuse a school age child's enrollment for lack of documentation, immigration status or anything else like that.

I bet it saves a bunch of time making stuff up instead of checking! :D India charges $US150 for US citizens for a 10 year visa. Brazil charges $US160 for US citizens for a 10 year visa, and requires extensive documentation. Paraguay charges $US105. Angola charges $US141. I can come up with...
