Ya, that's the conclusion that I came to as well. I believe that I can apply for that after I've received my student visa therefore resolving both my immigration and taxation dilemmas.

Ya, that's correct. No overstays to date. Hoping I will be able to get all the documents necessary processed for a student visa (considering I continue to push in that direction) before my current 90 days expires in early April.
