I've rented an automatic Corolla in Hertz a couple of times, not that hard to come by. Prefer Hertz as they are very easy to deal with, very much like in europe and they have daily and hourly rates, so if you rent for 3 days and 1 hour you;ll pay 3 daily and 1 hourly rate, love that.

That doesn't make any sense as it is the same as x5 per person. I've heard it is per houshold, which means it is $1378 combined, not per person. Is there a different definition of household in migraciones?

"Per person"? Isn't it now that the income is counted for the household rather than each person separately?

I've heard CDI is one way of doing it but not if you're applying for residence as it conflicts with CUIL. What worked for me is getting CUIL in local ANSES and opening an account in Santander with CUIL, precaria and passport.
