Hi Folks. ¿Are you looking to rent your place or escape a lease? I'm seeking a
1-2 bedrm depto for 1-2 years starting Sept.2012. Want quiet, bright, with
terraza/patio, located in Botanico or Palermo Nuevo between Santa Fe and
Libertador. Furnished or not, no importa. Am quiet careful non-smoker and can

My OH owns a 1 bedroom place in Palermo Soho.

It's not furnished. Building has a small pool, recently built to a modern standard.

Need to check as she has just put it on the market via a rental agency. If you're interested I can send you details, at which pointif you want to discuss further I'd ask you a little bit more around you background / personal circumstance.

I'm Irish, my OH is from Buenos Aires, we'll be living in Belgrano from Sept.
