Of course the investment must generate a positive cash flow to be a good one, so it's important to know what the monthly fees are as well as the ABL taxes.

PS: If you also could provide the 2018 ABL valuation for tax purposes a potential buyer/investor will be able calculate the bienes personales tax for which they might be obliged to pay.
