Hello,
I have a 2-bedroomed fully furnished flat to let from October. Each bedroom has a bed (one single and one double), wardrobe & chest of drawers. There’s also a living room, small kitchen & study area plus a "solarium" space. Every bedroom as well as the living room, has a ceiling fan.
Located on the top floor of the building which is only shared with one other flat. All bills included: internet wi-fi, phone (only local phone calls), expenses, gas, electricity and local tax (ABL). New boiler and heater recently installed.
I am looking for long term tenants, anything from 6 months to 2 years. Contract and small deposit required. Payment in USD or GBP via transfer. USD 850 pcm.
