It is fully equipped with AC/heating, wifi internet, cable TV, telephone, washing machine, fridge, kitchen utensils, bed linen, towels, etc. Its central location (only two blocks from Av Corrientes and three blocks from Subte Medrano) is very convenient for Subte line B, several major bus lines and an ecobici station (local free-rental bike system).
A friendly and helpful janitor lives at the property and is on duty during the daylight. There's access to the buildings roof terrace (for sunbathing, yoga, reading...). The area is full of all kinds of stores, restaurants and supermarkets, it is safe and lively, there's a food market on Saturday and the neighbourhood boasts a truly genuine porteño vibe. The apartment is ideal for a couple or to share with someone else. The rent is 650 US$ (or its equivalent in pesos) per month, incl. all bills.
