What is te name for it here. Can't see anything that mentions 2% anything. Thanks

Leche Parcialmente Descremada is the best you are going to do.

Americans fall for that "1%" or "2%" stuff, believing that the vast scientific apparatus of American Food Corporations is that exact.
(ever read Sinclair Lewis' The Jungle?)

Argentines know that life is not that precise.

You either get milk that has more fat in it, or less.
How much less, exactly, nobody knows, and, I am sure, varies from batch to batch, day to day, and bag to bag.
The percentage of fat is the least of your problems with Argentine milk- read this, and weep.

You would be better off, and, I am sure, much healthier, if you drank milk from the farmer, bought at someplace like El Galpon, regardless of the fat content- after all, whats another percent or so, compared to that legally allowed Sulfaquinoxalina, Tetracycline, and other fine multi-consonant chemicals that are in the plastic bag?
